Design in Details
We chose a soft contemporary learning-hub concept to create an environment that feels welcoming, safe, and emotionally engaging for both children and parents. The palette is anchored in light timber tones, warm whites, and muted pastels, deliberately selected to reduce visual stress while encouraging curiosity and creativity. Pastel pink feature panels and rainbow accents introduce a playful identity aligned with Playfacto’s brand, while still maintaining a calm, structured atmosphere appropriate for focused learning. The extensive use of glass framing allows transparency from the mall corridor, reinforcing trust and openness while inviting passersby to visually connect with the space.

Material selection prioritises durability, safety, and warmth — laminated timber finishes soften the institutional feel often associated with education centres, while rounded joinery edges and child-friendly partitions ensure safety without compromising aesthetics. Artificial turf zones and light wood flooring subtly differentiate play and study areas, helping children intuitively understand spatial purpose. The workspace area adopts clean Scandinavian lines with built-in cabinetry for practical storage, balancing operational efficiency with visual neatness. Overall, the design aims to deliver a bright, nurturing, and structured ambient experience — one that supports concentration, sparks imagination, and gives parents confidence that their children are learning in a thoughtfully designed, professionally curated environment.
